Refund and Cancellation Policy

Paid purchases are not yet open. This policy describes the planned commercial terms for SignlDAW Plus and Pro. Review downloads and the 10-day Plus trial require no payment card and do not start a paid subscription. After the trial, the account moves to Free without a charge. Joining the waitlist is free.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund of your first Plus or Pro payment, monthly or annual, within 14 calendar days of that payment. No reason is required. This guarantee applies once per customer and also applies if you validly waived a statutory withdrawal right at checkout. Your paid access ends when the refund is issued; your projects remain yours.

2. How to request a refund

• Use the refund-support link in your receipt.
• You can also email admin@signldaw.com with your purchase email and transaction reference, if available. We will help with your refund request.
• Do not send card numbers, passwords or other payment credentials.

Creem is the intended Merchant of Record, subject to approval and payment activation. The seller of your Plus or Pro subscription and any payment provider are identified at checkout and on your receipt. Any separate purchase terms are disclosed before you pay and do not reduce your mandatory legal rights. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Bank processing can affect when funds appear. Statutory withdrawal refunds follow the deadline in section 4.

3. Cancelling a subscription and renewal payments

Plus and Pro renew each month or year according to your chosen billing period. Cancel before renewal through Account menu → Manage Subscription, the subscription-management link in your receipt, or by emailing admin@signldaw.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep paid access until the end of your paid period, then move to Free.

Cancelling a subscription does not itself request a refund. Renewal payments are not covered by the first-payment guarantee. This does not affect refunds required by law, early termination rights under local law, or the refunds described in our Terms & Conditions for material reductions to Plus, changes to those Terms, or termination by us without a breach by you.

4. Statutory withdrawal rights

If you're a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period for an online purchase, subject to the rules that apply to the type of digital content or service supplied. Where immediate supply requires your express consent and acknowledgement of the effect on your withdrawal right, these are requested separately at checkout. Starting to use SignlDAW does not by itself waive a statutory right. To exercise withdrawal, send a clear statement to admin@signldaw.com or use the withdrawal facility identified in your receipt. Any lawful deduction for services already supplied, or loss of a withdrawal right for digital content, applies only if its legal conditions have been met. The first-payment money-back guarantee in section 1 remains available regardless of a valid withdrawal waiver.

Sending your withdrawal statement before the deadline is sufficient; you do not need to give a reason or use the notice below. Statutory withdrawals are refunded within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a refund fee. If local law gives you additional rights, including rights on renewals, those rights remain available.

5. Faulty or misdescribed digital content or services

Contact us if SignlDAW does not work as described. Consumer law may entitle you to have it brought into conformity without charge and, where the legal conditions are met, to a price reduction or termination and a refund. These rights are separate from the money-back guarantee and are not limited to its 14-day period.
